The Heuer Silverstone was introduced in 1974 as a replacement for the Monaco. While the Monaco had a square design, the Silverstone featured softer edges, giving it an almost “television screen” shape. This watch embodies the bold and funky style of the 1970s.
The Silverstone Blue ‘Regazzoni’ (Ref. 110.313B) comes in a cushion-shaped case, expertly brushed and polished, with a screw-down case back and a distinctive crown positioned at 9 o’clock. Two chronograph pushers are located at 2 and 4 o’clock. With a case size of 42mm, the watch offers a well-balanced presence on the wrist.
The striking blue dial features raised luminous baton hour markers, a white outer seconds track, and two sub-dials at 3 and 9 o’clock for 30-minute and 12-hour chronograph functions. A date window is neatly positioned at 6 o’clock. The sleek white baton hands, with luminous inserts, pair with a white central chronograph hand for enhanced readability.
Powering this timepiece is the Calibre 12 automatic movement with 17 jewels, ensuring high precision and performance. The watch is fitted with a brushed NSA link bracelet, secured with a signed folding clasp. Every detail—from the case and dial to the movement—is signed by Heuer, affirming the authenticity and collectible value of this remarkable timepiece.
